The transfer system conveys the components from the manual loading and unloading station to the opposite side where automatic production is running. A KUKA robot picks up the parts from the workpiece carrier and transfers them to the respective processing station. After processing, the finished parts are placed back on the workpiece carrier. The system also serves as a space-saving buffer to significantly increase the autonomy of the processing machines.
