Assembly and testing take place on the outer circuit (the test cells can be individually docked and undocked at the transfer point). The individual cells can be approached or bypassed in parallel via the cross modules. The inner circulation system is used to buffer the product-specific workpiece carriers. This circulation system can hold up to 40 workpiece carriers. The two chain tensioning modules ensure optimum and balanced chain tension.
